We’ll discuss your needs and the records needed to prepare a tailored quote, with clear deliverables and pricing.
Build a working routine
Once you approve the proposal, we’ll organize access, priorities, and a communication rhythm for the agreed work.
Published starting prices
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $425 per month for up to 100 transactions and three accounts. Catch-up starts at $500 per project. Cleanup starts at $750 per project. QBO setup is quoted individually; onboarding or transition work starts at $350 and is quoted separately.
What changes the quote?
The number and type of accounts, transaction volume, condition of the books, backlog, reporting needs, and additional workflows all affect the work. Starting prices give you a reference point. Your written proposal defines the actual price and responsibilities.
A free 30-minute discovery call
Discuss your business, what you handle today, and where you need support. You do not need to send financial documents or grant account access just to have this first conversation.
Review enough information to quote accurately
When there is a potential fit, Alexander requests the records needed to assess the work, typically the last three months of statements or suitable access to QBO. A historical cleanup can require more. Agree on a secure way to share the information.
Review your written proposal
The proposal identifies the deliverables, fees, and any separately priced work. Ask questions before deciding. Accounts payable and accounts receivable support are quoted case by case; tax preparation and payroll processing are outside the bookkeeping service.
4. Establish the working routine
After the proposal is approved, the next steps are access, required records, communication, and priorities for the agreed work. The workflow should make it clear what Alexander handles and what you need to provide.
Common questions
Can I get an exact quote on the first call?
An accurate quote requires enough information about activity and complexity. The initial call starts that process; the record review supports the final proposal.
Does a low transaction count always mean a low fee?
Not necessarily. Several payment platforms, loan activity, missing records, or incorrect opening balances can add complexity even when transaction volume is modest.
