KNIGHT BOOKKEEPING · SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE

Straight answers before you hand over the books.

Answers about remote bookkeeping, QBO, cleanup, pricing, access, and discovery calls for Southern New Hampshire business owners.

Do you serve businesses throughout Southern New Hampshire?

Yes. Based in Salem, Knight Bookkeeping provides QuickBooks Online bookkeeping for small businesses in Salem, Derry, Londonderry, Windham, Pelham, Hudson, Nashua, and across Southern New Hampshire. Most work is handled remotely; in-person meetings at your business can be arranged when needed.

Do I need to be using QuickBooks Online already?

No. QuickBooks Online setup is available if you’re starting fresh. If you have an existing system, we can discuss what a transition would involve before quoting the work.

What if I’m several months behind?

That’s a good reason to reach out. We’ll discuss how far behind the books are, what records are available, and whether you need catch-up work, cleanup, or both.

How is my final price determined?

Your scope depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, condition of the records, and the support you need. Starting prices give you a reference point; a written proposal defines your actual scope and price.

Can you help with accounts payable and receivable?

Yes, those needs can be discussed and quoted case by case. They are not automatically included in the monthly bookkeeping starting price.

Do you provide tax preparation or legal advice?

The services offered here are bookkeeping, not tax preparation, tax advice, or legal advice. Your tax professional can use your organized bookkeeping records for their work.

How do I schedule a discovery call?

Use the appointment request form to prepare an email or text with your details and availability. Send it to Alexander, and we’ll confirm a time together for a 30-minute discovery phone call. You can also text (978) 810-5033 or email knightbookkeepingNH@gmail.com directly.

What does a bookkeeper do?

A bookkeeper records and reviews business activity, reconciles accounts, and prepares financial reports within an agreed scope. The work creates a dependable record of what happened so the owner and their advisers have useful information.

What is the difference between a bookkeeper and a tax professional?

Bookkeeping keeps the underlying records current. Your tax professional handles the tax work they are engaged to perform. Knight Bookkeeping does not prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, perform audits, or process payroll.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes. Knight Bookkeeping is based in Salem and serves Southern New Hampshire through a remote workflow. The discovery call is a phone conversation arranged by email or text. Ongoing access and records are arranged after discussing the scope.

What if my books are messy?

Start by explaining what feels behind or uncertain. You do not have to organize everything before the first call. The condition of the records determines whether catch-up, cleanup, or regular monthly bookkeeping is appropriate.

Will I lose control if I outsource?

You still make decisions, approve the scope, supply records, and answer questions about your business activity. Define access and responsibilities before work begins. Do not share bank passwords or sensitive documents through public messages.

What will it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $425 for up to 100 transactions and three accounts. Historical projects and additional workflows are separate. Visit the pricing and process page for the published starting points and how your quote is determined.
