What happens before you receive a quote?

Start with a free 30-minute discovery call. If the work looks like a fit, Alexander will request the records needed to assess it, typically the last three months of statements or suitable QBO access. Cleanup may require a wider period. Share financial information only through an agreed secure process.

Do I need QuickBooks Online?

Knight Bookkeeping works in QuickBooks Online. If you use another system, discuss the transition before committing to a setup or monthly package.

Is payroll included?

Payroll processing and tax filing are outside the bookkeeping service. Recording and reconciling payroll activity can be discussed as part of your scope.

Can you tell me the profit on each job?

Only if the business has suitable job-level tracking and reliable underlying records. That work must be assessed separately; ordinary monthly bookkeeping does not establish job profitability.
